As YACHT FACTORY, we commit to:

• Adopting environmental protection, occupational health and safety, customer satisfaction and high-quality production as our fundamental objectives,
• Conducting our activities by taking into account the needs and expectations of interested parties,
• Systematically evaluating risks and opportunities that may affect product and service conformity and carrying out the necessary improvement actions,
• Supporting risk-based thinking in process management and ensuring effective planning of resources,
• Ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation and other obligations,
• Providing the necessary training, infrastructure and resources for the development of management systems,
• Promoting a culture of continual improvement throughout the entire organization,
• Ensuring that all managers demonstrate leadership in maintaining the effectiveness of the management systems,
• Creating a safe working environment in which employees, subcontractors and all relevant parties can freely report occupational accidents, near-miss incidents, hazards, risks and improvement opportunities,
• Ensuring that no employee shall be punished, discriminated against or subjected to any form of retaliation for making such reports,
• Encouraging worker participation and actively operating feedback mechanisms in order to support a safe reporting culture,
• Systematically evaluating employee opinions and suggestions to improve occupational health and safety performance,
• Implementing all necessary technical and organizational measures to control occupational health and safety risks arising from yacht construction, refit, maintenance-repair and shipyard operations,
• Ensuring that safety management is applied in high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, painting/chemical processes and similar hazardous works.
