Integrated Management Systems Policy

As Altınova Yat San. ve İnş., in line with the vision of our shipyard performing floating vehicle, new build and repair activities, we commit to managing our Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems in an integrated manner in order to sustain our operations with a high-quality, environmentally responsible, and safety-first working approach.

Furthermore, as an organization that demonstrates the value it places on its employees and the environment through the approach of “Zero Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases” together with “Zero Environmental Incidents”, we:

• Carry out high-quality yacht new-building and refit activities in compliance with national and international standards in order to meet our customers’ requirements completely and on time.
• Operate in accordance with the principle of continuous improvement in our production processes and aim to enhance quality by using new technologies and innovative methods.
• Implement regular training and development programs to improve the competencies of all our employees and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Commit to full compliance with all applicable legal requirements, classification society rules, flag state regulations, and all relevant international obligations.
• Optimize waste management to minimize our environmental impact and give priority to sustainable resource use and energy efficiency in order to prevent environmental pollution.
• Adopt the efficient use of natural resources, minimization of waste, and promotion of recycling as fundamental principles.
• Continuously review our energy consumption and implement technologies and practices that support energy saving.
• Consider the health and safety of all our employees as our top priority; we continuously perform risk assessments and take all necessary measures to prevent occupational accidents and diseases and to provide a safe working environment.
• Develop safe work processes by taking effective measures to eliminate hazards at their source and to minimize risks.
• Conduct continuous communication and training activities, with the active participation of employee representatives, in order to raise occupational health and safety awareness and involve employees in the process.
• Aim to continuously improve the effectiveness of the management systems implemented in our shipyards.
